1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the AgenticOS platform and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
AgenticOS provides an AI-powered finance automation platform that enables businesses to automate accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, treasury management, and related financial workflows. AgenticOS is a software tool and is not a financial institution, lender, payment processor, or financial advisor.
3. Account registration
To use AgenticOS, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
AgenticOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use AgenticOS only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Use the Service to process personal data without appropriate consent
Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
5. Subscription and billing
Plans: AgenticOS offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Features and limits vary by plan.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
Upgrades and downgrades: You may change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect.
6. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it is available to new customers only. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start a trial unless stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
AgenticOS and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.
You retain all ownership of the data and content you submit to AgenticOS. By using the Service, you grant AgenticOS a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
8. Data and privacy
Your use of AgenticOS is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement. We process your data only as described in those documents and as instructed by you.
9. Third-party integrations
AgenticOS integrates with third-party services including ERP systems, banks, and payment tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Financial disclaimer
AgenticOS is a software automation platform and not a financial institution. The platform does not provide financial advice, accounting services, tax guidance, or regulatory compliance assurance. All outputs, reports, and insights generated by AgenticOS are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions made using the platform and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AgenticOS in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AgenticOS harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
AgenticOS may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
